Back in 1994 when it was possible to get a new copy of MiniCAD for under $600 and upgrades would remain under $200 until 2003, I had hoped to provide free upgrades to the AutoPlot macros forever. Sadly, I can no longer afford to do so. My day job has added two more performing facilities and grabs more of my time outside the 40 hour week. Also, upgrades to Vectorworks SpotLight with Renderworks are over $500. I am raising the initial price of AutoPlotVW and AutoPlot Tools for SpotLight to $35, and I am charging $25 dollars to upgrade macros to be compatible from one VectorWorks major version to the next VectorWorks major version, e.g. to upgrade to AutoPlotVW version 17 compatible with VectorWorks version 12 will cost current users $25.
I hope this does not upset my current loyal users too much, and that the value
of the macros that they have been using over the years has provided sufficient
value.
